Darryn Yates
Lead Vocals & Rhythm/Acoustic Guitar

Darryn is the lead singer, founder, and songwriter of On Tracy Lane. Darryn grew up in Granite City, IL (15 minutes from St. Louis, MO). He was influenced by his mother who was infatuated with Elvis Presley growing up, his father who sings bass in church, his grandfather who gave him a Gibson Les Paul Jr. when he started guitar lessons at age 13, his Uncle who played guitar and wrote songs, and a cousin who was a country singer. He started singing at age 16 in a high school garage rock band. After graduating high school and spending a year going to college at Illinois State Univ., Darryn moved to California to pursue his dream. He played in a hard rock band in San Diego, CA and an acoustic duo and pop-rock band in Los Angeles, CA while continuing his college education. (Darryn has Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Cal Poly Pomona, an hour east of Los Angeles) He founded On Tracy Lane in Los Angeles in 2003. In 2004, OTL got a huge break having actress Lacey Chabert in their debut music video. It was at this time when Darryn first licensed several songs to MTV and other TV shows and films. In Los Angeles OTL opened for American Hi-Fi, Phantom Planet, and Local H. In 2005, OTL switched headquarters to his hometown area of St. Louis, MO. Here Darryn licensed more music and OTL opened for Avril Lavigne and Butch Walker. This is also the time Darryn hooked up with guitarist and right hand man Jerry McFarland. Darryn and Jerry decided to add yet another chapter to the OTL story by moving to Nashville, TN in 2008. On Tracy Lane played some huge shows in Nashville including an Armed Forces Entertainment trip to Greenland to play for the US troops at the Thule Air Force Base. They are currently based in St. Louis, MO again but still travel to Nashville, TN quite a bit for shows and networking. Darryn is very close to his parents Ron & Carolyn and brother Damon, sister-in-law Lori, niece Nora, & nephew Gavyn. He is a huge sports fan and remains loyal to his hometown teams. Jerry McFarland
Lead/Rhythm Guitar & Backing Vocals

Jerry grew up in Millstadt, IL near St. Louis, MO. He has been playing bass and electric guitars since he was 13. He started playing in a cover band when he was 18 and then moved on to start his own band when he was 20. Jerry joined OTL in the Summer of 2005 and played his first gig with OTL opening for Avril Lavigne. After playing with OTL for 2 years, he took a break from music and spent a year in Europe. When he returned to the states, Jerry moved to Nashville, TN and rejoined the group on lead guitar. Along with the new lineup, he is ready to melt and paint with OTL across the nation. Jeremy Johnson
Bass & Backing Vocals

Jeremy grew up in Granite City, IL near St. Louis, MO. He is a multi-instrumental musician who plays everything from bass guitar to mandolin. Jeremy started playing guitar at the age of 10 and joined his first band at 15.Over the years, he has completed several projects as a studio musician in both St. Louis MO. and Nashville TN.  Jeremy has toured the Midwest and has opened for several national acts. He is now ready to take the stage with On Tracy Lane and bring the music to the masses all over the country.

Sean Roche
Drums

Sean joined OTL at the beginning of 2010. He grew up in St. Louis and has been playing drums for 10 years. In high school he started a garage band called ZSF with his friends and have played many local shows over the past 5 years including The Hi-Pointe and The Pageant for a benefit show called Zachapalooza. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Webster University. Sean joined OTL after the band moved back to St. Louis and is looking forward to playing out and just being a part of the band.
